                           Kapitel 1: The new earth
                           ------------------------


Arthur goes into the cafeteria of the moonstation. He looks after something to
eat but there was nothing that he want. Then Arthur goes in the hangar. Here are
many fugitives from earth. People come to the moonstation because they haven't
enough money to come to the martian colonie and the living on earth's surface is
impossible.
On the controllstation is McKay. Arthur comes inside. "Hey, some news?" McKay
asks. "No! It is always the same. The fugitives from earth vegatate in the
hangar and we haven't anything beautiful to eat!" "Oh! All's well that ans way."
Arthur amiles: "You are right."
Both look at the instruments. Some flatsreens are empty, other shows the rooms
and the outside of the moonstation and lamps blink. On one flatsreens you can
see mars. Arthur looks at it. "Do you think that we will be some day on mars,
McKay?" "I don't know. We build the first moonstation, the supergate to mars and
now we are here on moon. A dead stone in the sunsystem." "Not better than the
earth. You know the supergate exploded five years ago and  the explosion destroy
the half moon. The pieces of moon come down on earth as komets. The life on
surface are impossible. Many humans die and other live in the underground." "You
are right, too!" McKay answered, "here we live well."
