                          Kapitel 6: The River And I
                          --------------------------


The river flows by
I watch and stare
as ships pass the isle
I close my eyes
exclude the world
My mind in colors
all turned black

The river lies 
beneath my feet
My life a story
of regret
Of chances past
and friendships lost
all turned to ash

The river calls
I shall come home
to fields of green 
and roads of dust
I found my place
as we unite
The River And I.


{This happens if I take a walk along the Moselle before going to school...}
