I sketched Spiderman in pencil and used microsoft paint for contrast and everything else. It took a lot of work for me to make the background red in microsoft paint. This is very well drawn. Did you use an original artwork as a reference? It looks like a copy to me. Although I do not know the original it is so perfect that I can't imagine you did it all on your own. I apologize if I was mistaken ^^
