| They come at you in droves. Try to take you down. Standing in darkness, constantly assaulted by these ruthless foes. Wave upon wave of shadows, attack you. The more you fight, the brighter the light. Fueled by your aggression. Feeding their strength, they become darker, more distinct. One could carry on. But sooner or later, you would succumb and fall into the void. You only have so much strength and resolve. When that runs out, all that is left - is your will. And even that has its limits. Stop attacking! Dim the light. Until you find yourself back in murky twilight. The shades are gone. No more do you have to fight. You say, you can´t see in the dark. That is because you´re using your eyes. Calm yourself, and listen to the beating of your heart. Illumination is all around, you can see with no shades around. Disappeared have the armies of dark wights. No more do you have to fight. |
