Haze

This is a bit from an eternally unfinished fanfic of mine and it is set in the manga timeline some time after the New York incident. There's a lot of (unwritten) plot beforehand which ties into the lucid dream Dan is having in this excerpt, and which involves a couple of original characters, such as Karizma, and sets them up for the resolution that is also occurring here. I think the excerpt is self explanatory even without the beginning. And since this is also mainly a character study and a mood piece it's not necessary to understand the whole relevance of, say, the lamp. ~ Enjoy.
